Tip of the Month: Add Comfort to Your Desk Chair at Work

Thursday, July 7th, 2016

Grade school teachers often find themselves on their feet for the greater part of the school day. The combination of teaching in front of the class to walking from one desk to another assisting students, can really wear a teacher down. With C-Line’s Chair and Stool Cushion, teachers can look forward to sitting in comfort during their breaks throughout the day.

The 17-1/2” x 18” size provides both convenient portability and adaptability to a variety of chair sizes and shapes. There are no attachments to secure the cushion to a seat, so the padding can easily be transferred from one workplace to another, if needed.

Tip of the Month: Maximize on Space with Book Trays

Wednesday, April 15th, 2015

Although it might seem like just about everything is going electronic, some professions still rely on hard copies of materials. In particular, teachers are often required to reference old material and keep copies of textbooks or workbooks.

Book storage can be cumbersome, especially when trying to create space that you may not have inside a classroom. Avoid awkwardly stacking materials by keeping books organized. C-Line has an item that instantly creates storage space just about anywhere.

After attending a trade show last month, I gained a new appreciation for one of C-Line’s products.

The Lay-Flat Power Extension and Cord Cover is a unique industrial product, which was first introduced to the line earlier this year. Originally, our plan was to display this product on a table at the show, but it ended up being a valuable tool while setting up.

To-Do Dry Erase List Saves on Paper Waste

Wednesday, February 13th, 2013

I’m a list maker, no doubt about it. I organize my goals for the week by listing what tasks need to be completed, and as new jobs come my way, they go right on the list. Even though I know what I have on my plate at any given time, keeping a list is a visual reminder and safe guard so nothing is forgotten.

As each week passed, I found myself going through a lot of paper as I updated my To-Do list and tracked the progress. I thought of other ways I could list my weekly goals without wasting so many sheets of paper.

Plaid Expanding File Organizes Greeting Cards

Wednesday, September 5th, 2012

September is a busy month for birthdays in my family. Knowing this, I try to get all my gift shopping done in August to avoid last minute trips to the store. While I may be prepared when it comes to the gift, I somehow always forget to pick-up a card.

Recently, I was discussing this with a coworker who suggested stocking up on greeting cards so that I would always have one available at home. As simple as it seems, this thought had never occurred to me. (more…)
