Q and A: Protecting Itineraries at Trade Shows or Conferences

Often times, our customers look to us to make suggestions on how to use our items. Whether they need help for a particular situation or just want more information on how to best use a product, we at C-Line are happy to guide them in the right direction!

Here is a recent question we received from a customer.

Question:

As someone who regularly organizes and attends trade shows, I seem to always run into the same issue at these types of events. At the beginning of the show, we receive an itinerary for each day of the conference. After day one, the itinerary is bent, torn and damaged from being overused and quickly shoved into my show bag. Any ideas on how to prevent this from happening?

Answer:

C-Line is in the business of document protection so there are certainly several options available that would help preserve your itinerary throughout the conference. We recommend going with the highest level of protection possible!

The Super Heavyweight Cleer Adheer Laminating Sheets are the perfect item for this task. The 9 x 12 sheets come in a box of 50, but just take a few sheets with you on the trip so it won’t take up much space in your luggage or briefcase while traveling. When you check-in and receive your welcome packet with the itinerary, be sure to laminate the page right away. Use two sheets to ensure both the front and back pages are protected. Since no heat or equipment is needed, the laminating film makes it possible to create a strong barrier for pages while on-the-go.
