Mini Size Storage Becomes Customized Personal Planner

Wednesday, May 29th, 2013

People who use personal planners often store everything from their contact information to a weekly grocery list. Being one of those people, I can attest that I would be lost without my planner. Even though my cell phone can store a lot of the information, there is just something about having a paper version of all your important information.

Typically, I buy a planner every year. Regardless of the type I buy, I always find that I am missing a section I need or I can’t reference last year’s information at all. When C-Line came out with the line of Mini Size Binders and Accessories, I was so excited to create my very own customized planner. (more…)

Poly Port + Index Dividers are Perfect for Storing Small Reports

Thursday, May 23rd, 2013

Normally, I use C-Line’s index dividers to help organize binders and keep information more accessible. Since they are three-hole punched, they fit directly in our standard three-ring binders. I can also customize the tabs, so the dividers can adapt to whatever I need them to organize.

They combination of binders and index dividers usually works out great, but I recently learned that if you do not have enough pages, the binder can seem empty. When I was asked to put together a brief training manual, I had to think of a different way to organize smaller reports.

Meeting Prep Includes Tent Cards, Project Folders & More

Thursday, May 16th, 2013

Last week, one of our sales managers had a big meeting with a customer. Since the client came to our corporate office, there was a lot of preparation to make sure that everything was organized for the meeting. The conference room had to be set-up, meeting notes printed, and the list goes on.

The sales employee looked at this meeting as an opportunity to showcase some of our products. I helped him prepare, and we tried to incorporate C-Line items when it was appropriate. The conference room looked so great when we were done that I thought I would share how we set everything up.

Badge Holder Stores Theme Park Season Pass All Summer Long

Wednesday, May 8th, 2013

As the weather starts to warm up, it seems like almost everyone is talking about their summer plans in our office. From exciting vacation plans to summertime BBQs, people seem ready for this time of year.

One colleague, a theme park buff, decided to purchase season passes to his family’s favorite park for the summer. When the tickets came in the mail, he was disappointed by the condition of the passes, especially since they had to last all summer. They were flimsy and made of thin paper material, which he did not anticipate would hold up until Labor Day.

No-Hole Sheet Protector is Ideal Menu Holder at Local Restaurant

Wednesday, May 1st, 2013

There is a small family owned restaurant, located close by my office that I regularly go to for lunch. The best part about this place is that their menu and specials change quite frequently. Usually, they have one main board to display the menu, but this past week, I noticed that they had menus on the table for everyone to use.

It was great to be able to sit down and look through what was available to eat. Their menus were simple print-outs since they change so often. I did notice that they had used a C-Line sheet protector to store their menu in.
