“Aloha” Name Badge Inspires Hawaiian-Themed Halloween Party

Here in Chicago, holiday season brings cold, wet weather that makes us almost forget how beautiful our summers can be. Even though our weather has been mild, it will inevitably get chilly and with Halloween just around the corner, I decided to kick off holiday season in a different way then I usually do.

Instead of doing a typical costume party, we decided to make it more of a themed event. To help delay the chilly effects of fall and winter, I decided to throw a festive luau for our Halloween party.

The original idea for this unconventional party came to me after coming across the C-Line “Aloha” Name Badges!

Trade shows involve so much preparation and planning, but are often over so quickly. Many shows that we attend are very fast paced, requiring our sales staff to remember conversations with current or potential customers.

One of our account managers likes to take notes directly on people’s business cards. She feels like even short notes will jog her memory so that she can account for what was discussed during her interaction with a show attendee.

At C-Line, we are fortunate to have many employees that are creative and crafty by nature. Many individuals like to incorporate C-Line items into their projects whenever they can find a use for them.

Recently, a co-worker approached me about a unique way she utilized the Laser Printer Transparency Film will handcrafting her own greeting cards. Before I even describe how it was used, it is probably best to take a look first.

Personally, I think pink is always in style, but come October, supporting the “pink” movement becomes especially important every year. Since this month has been deemed Breast Cancer Awareness month, the color pink is often used to promote awareness of this disease.

C-Line, a proud sponsor of the National Breast Cancer Foundation, created a product several years ago to help people promote awareness through their means of organization. Who knew a sheet protector could mean so much?
