1. Keep Phone Lists in Plain Sight

Use a magnetic ticket holder and attach your company’s phone list to a file cabinet or drawer.  Not only does it protect this frequently-referenced listing, but it keeps it off of your desk and out of the way. And the holder prevents your walls from tape marks and push pin holes.

2. Store Manuals Directly on Machines

Employees won’t be at a loss when the copy machine is jammed if the manual is kept in a self-adhesive holder, attached directly to the machine. It saves time, from having to hunt down the book, and money, from having the service person come out to look at it. Some companies keep the maintenance record in this pouch, too.

3. Organize Project Materials with Color

With the neon shop ticket holders, assign specific colors to different types of projects, whether by urgency, rank or department. For instance, use the neon red holder for projects that need immediate attention. Keeping like project materials with same color holders provides fast information identification
