Color Code, Organize and Keep Info Accessible with Write-on Project Folders
Without a doubt, one of my favorite C-Line products is the Write-on Project Folders. They are perfect for organizing various projects through the write-on tab and the assortment of colors that are offered. I am not alone in holding this product as a favorite; in fact, one of our employees shared their interest in a previous blog post.
I have seen everyone in the office utilize the versatile project folders in a variety of ways. Some use them to organize documents on a file rack that sits on their desktop. Other employees use them to divide information within a hanging file.
Jean Andersen, C-Line’s Marketing Communications Manager, likes to combine the project folders with one of C-Line’s 13-Pocket Stand-Up Expanding File.

You may be familiar with our expanding files, as we have quite the selection! But our stand-up expanding files are unique because once expanded they can be stored directly on your desktop. They are also able to fit over 900 pages, so you could say they are ideal for storage.
Jean decided to take the 13-pocket file and organize it one step further by using the project folders to break-up information within the pockets. Since the project folders have write-on tabs, it makes it easy to identify where information is without having to riffle through the expanding file.
This unique way of organizing information ensures that documents and important information are always accessible.

The write-on project folders also work great with the Expanding File with Handles, item 48211. They help to keep me organized when I’m on the go!!
