Dry Erase Pockets – A Green Teacher’s Best Friend

Reusable Dry Erase Pockets - A Green Teacher’s Best Friend

With dry erase pockets, students can practice math problems, letters and more over and over again without using a new piece of paper each time. Just write on and wipe off!

Have you heard about the newest addition to C-Line’s product lineup? It is truly the best product for today’s eco-friendly teacher. It’s the Reusable Dry Erase Pocket!

This new study aid is wonderful for teachers who up until now needed to make hundreds of copies of a particular worksheet for students to use to practice their assignments. If a student did an exercise incorrectly, a new worksheet was needed. Not anymore! With the reusable dry erase pocket, students can practice their curriculum over and over again, using only one sheet of paper.

Not only does this save the environment from wasted paper, but it also saves teachers the time and expense of copying hundreds of worksheets for their students.

A childhood friend of mine, who is a teacher, currently uses this product in her daily teaching. She says the bright color of the product helps to engage the children. She especially likes the product for small group interactions. For instance, during story telling time she can use it to have all of the students contribute something during the lesson.

And speaking from a student’s perspective, this is the best. When I was in school, if I got just one problem, letter, or equation wrong, I would have to start over on a new piece of paper. Even though I got most things correct on the old sheet, I still had to copy everything over to the new sheet, which I always hated. Now students won’t have to do that. Not only does this save the environment, but it saves the students time, too!

To get you started, C-Line has put together several teaching templates to use. Have more ideas for how you could use the dry erase pocket in your classroom?  Post your thoughts in the comments section below!
