Job ticket holder doubles as a sign holder
While in downtown Chicago this past weekend, my husband and I stopped in a coffee shop for a beverage. It was cold and windy and we needed a hot drink to warm us up. And low and behold, guess what was holding their “thank for your stopping by” sign that bid patrons farewell as they exited the building?
None other than a C-Line job ticket holder! We were surprised, elated and, of course, took a picture of the product in action! Check it out below!

I suppose it is the fact that I have worked in the office products industry for so long that causes me to frequently take notice of occurrences like this. Whenever a binder is opened in front of me, I always look to see if it contains a C-Line sheet protector. I have been halfway around the world and seen a C-Line product in use. And I love it when the location is using a product in a way other than typically thought of. This job ticket holder was not behind the counter, holding an inventory list, but rather it was used to thank customers for stopping in. I can tell you, whenever I see this, it never gets old!

Note to readers – I had to black-out the name of the coffee shop since they did not “okay” the use of the image. I was not quite sure how to explain this situation to the employees. In the past, people haven’t understood my high level of excitement over seeing a plastic office product.
