Organizing Multiple Schedules is Possible with Unique Folder

Naturally, the busier your schedule gets, the harder it is to keep appointments and deadlines in order. I find it especially difficult in the summer months to stay organized and on top of all my commitments. While the traditional methods have failed me in some way or another, I have created my own scheduling system that makes sense and keeps my life, so to speak, in order.

C-Line has many organizational products that could certainly help organize all my schedules in one location. While I think any choice would be beneficial, I ultimately concluded that there was only one product that would truly fit what I had in mind.

C-Line's Multi-Section Project FolderMy “Personal” project folder holds the most comprehensive calendar in the first pocket.

The Multi-Section Project Folders, one of C-Line’s newest additions, has the ability to organize and create sections within one individual folder.

So how did I end up organizing my Schedule Folder?

To start, I decided on using the assorted 5-pack of folders instead of the clear option. Additionally, I categorized each folder so that I knew what type of information would be held in each one. The categories were “Personal”, “Work”, and “Home”.

Each polypropylene folder has two colored dividers that split the folder into three sections. This makes it easy to sort information within one folder. In this case, it allowed me to split up my monthly calendar, school semester course schedule and my summer volleyball league within the “Personal” project folder.

Having these dividers makes it very easy to identify information quickly without having to search through a pile of paper. The folder, which is sealed on two sides, allows for information to be referenced without the hassle of taking pages out.

Additionally, the monthly calendar, which I have placed in the first section, is easily visible since the outer cover of the folder is clear. This calendar shows the most detail so it makes sense to have it displayed in the front so the folder doesn’t have to even be opened every time.

After I started using the folders more regularly, family and friends noticed how useful they were for organizing multiple schedules in one location. One friend has even started using the Multi-Section Project Folders to manage her kids’ sports schedules.
