Side loading vinyl sheet protectors keep my to-do list and other materials always accessible

You are probably familiar with top loading vinyl sheet protectors. But, have you ever used the side loading version of this vinyl holder? That’s right, you can get all the features and benefits of a vinyl protector, but in a side loading alternative.

While the majority of page protectors are top loading, there are side loading versions available too. Side loading vinyl sheet protectors are good for frequently used documents.  And I don’t just mean documents that you look at a lot, but also documents that need to be taken out of the protector often.

For instance, say you have a standardized form that is frequently photocopied.  Keep the original, “clean” copy in the holder, and it will stay wrinkle-free, but still be easy to access.

Or, do you have a list of things to do that you constantly look at and check off items as they are completed? I do. I use this heavyweight protector and keep it in my binder, with other frequently-accessed project materials. Plus, I like the clean look the vinyl holder provides.

Here is my to-do list, in a vinyl sheet protector. Behind it is information for current projects – packaging revisions, website updates, and more. When I complete a project, I simply check it off the list in front.

Have you used these vinyl sheet protectors before? If so, let me know what you think of them and how you use them.
